I will most likely be taking a break for a bit or writing more sporadically. Honestly my capacity for writing has been low for a few weeks now and I’ve been really tired, so I think I’ll just write when I’m feeling like it and yall can decide if you wanna stay mutuals or not.

i was up this morning just long enough to be angry about it lol. however, i did end up sleeping kind of late & spending a lot of my day playing games so i think i'm done w that tonight. i am going to try & do some reading & writing tonight though but i have a book i've been making eye contact with for weeks that i think it's time to start, so that's what i'm about to do.

sometimes peace is knowing even when it is so, so hard to deal with all this i will always have my eternal safe place. sitting behind flocks of tourists on the deck of the ferry, cradled gently by the hudson river, rocking to and fro languidly, waiting for the crash when it hits the side and sends all the non new yorkers scattering until it bobs itself to a lazy stop. it’s nice to know this is a feeling that has never left me. it’s nice to know i can still feel it.
